为什么不能用进行式？
It rains a lot in this city, but it isn't raining right now.
The sun is shining.(o)
The sun shines.(x)
为什么不能用简单式.表示太阳总是shine.不变的真理
是因为前文有说现在正在下雨的关系吗？
Are you hearing a noise out the window?(x)
Do you hear a noise outside the window?(o)
后来查到hear不是动作.不能用进行式

The sun shines on ~ 就可以了。这句应是惯用语意的问题。而 while 用来描述某个动作期间，发生了什事。进行事到常见于 while 子句中。

1. 你的书那章开头有讲两者用法区别。"While she is atthe park, she watches ..."这表达的是她的一般习性（不是某单一特定时刻正在做的单一事情） (... she is at thepark(想一下，然后搭配while整个看 这表达的不是“某一特定时刻(瞬间)事件”1. 要注意的是这是basic书，只是一个基本介绍，所以那题目句子也是延续开头的"simple present"表示"habits..."等意思的用法。但是这不是"simple present"的唯一用法，所以先知道这简单用法，但是不要误以为这是唯一正解 / 其它用法一定错。
