(一)make up your mind 用法：

搜寻make up your mind,
意思相当于decide，后面可接名词(词组、子句)。
字典例句：I can't make up my mind [=decide] where to take my vacation.

搜寻make up your mind，意思一样是decide sth。
字典例句：Have you made up your minds where to go for your honeymoon?

(二)文法：
make up your mind可看做是及物动词decide，后面接名词(词组、子句)，
而“wh- + to V” 为典型“疑问词+不定词”当名词词组用，
但这里跟平常看到的不同，
因为这里 which 当“疑问形容词”(哪一个的)，修饰 destination 用，
而 destination 为 to choose 意义上的受词。
这里 which destination to choose 等于
which destination you would choose(间接问句当名词子句)
