理工科提到free这个字，通常跟没有外力有关，比如说freespace，翻译就直接翻成自由...，free kinect直翻是自由动力学，这句直翻大概是：最初为自由动力态的alpha螺旋，被安排形成螺旋的一匝，并允许形成一只氢键；在有两匝螺旋的情况会形成四只氢键；三匝则有八只。如果有n匝螺旋，则氢键的数量为[3.6n~2.6]，或略低于这个数字的整数。
