我有时想表达这样的句型在口语中
譬如：要不是缺钱，我早就离开这间公司了
但不知怎么说才合适
有没有先进能告知小弟一下咧??感恩

If it had not been for(=But for/Without)lack of mon-ey,I would/could/might/should have already resigned.Without lacking of money,I would have been resigned.lack可以当名词也可以当动词,上面那句用lack或动名词都可以。此句型要注意时态，像是原po举的例句缺钱是过去式或现在式;辞职是与现在事实相反,所以用过去式时态的aux.加have+p.p表示离开公司的完成式时态若缺钱是现在式:If it were not for(=But for/Without)lack of money,I would(c/m/s) have been resigned.

I need money otherwise I'll leave this compancy
