不过看久了 当看到人+情绪动词 就会知道是插入语 口语上很常见
he feels的功用只是用来表示会不会提升该公司声望纯粹只是他个人对于未来的臆测
跟形容词子句无关 跟后面说的那一大串也无关
简单把他想成跟I mean... you know ... well 这类口语上的口头禅很像 就可以了
比如如果换成

I mean(I think/you know)....will boost the company'prestige.
有些人讲中文也会很多无意义的语助词 比如:我的意思是...
喔我认为... 你懂我在说什么吧 ...类似这样的概念
