妈妈去年12月脑瘤复发开刀后的追踪检查
经过这几个月妈妈的情况没有恢复反而持续衰弱，体力跟精神都很差
这是最近一次的mri报告，有google 翻译，但觉得有点复杂不是很理解，烦请帮忙判读说

Result:Y Finding: MRI of brain with the following pulse sequences: Axial: T1WI
, T2WI, FLAIR, DWI Coronal: T2WI Gd: Axial, Sagittal, Coronal *Comparison: 202
40407 ＞ Post left sub-occipital crainotomy. ＞ Ill-defined hyperintense on FL
AIR areas are noted over left medial temporal lobe, tumor growth such as astro
cytoma or inflammatory process cannot be ruled out. Suggest clinical correlati
on and follow-up. No significant change. ＞ Encephalomalacia with surrounding
gliosis change are noted over left cerebellar hemisphere, with irregular thick
ened marginal enhancement extending to the posterior fossa wall and along the
inferior aspect of the left tentorium, interval increased enhancing component.
Tumor post-OP change with residual/recurrent tumor cannot be excluded, sugges
t close follow-up. ＞ Diffuse brain atrophy with dilatation of the lateral ven
tricles is noted, may be due to age-related changes. ＞ Multiple small high si
gnal on T2 and FLAIR lesions at periventricular and subcortical white matter a
re noted. Gliosis or demyelinating process should be considered. ＞ Parasal si
nusitis. Impression: - More prominent of enhancing component at left cerebella
r hemisphere, cannot exclude post-OP change with residual/recurrent tumor, sug
gest close follow-up.
