早餐:里肌肉双肉土司+茶叶蛋*1+无糖豆浆
午餐:自制便当(茶樟鸭+鸡胸肉汉堡排+炒小白菜+红萝卜炒香菇+猪里肌肉)

运动:U BOUND一小时
