者提问14，太阳盛德导师对于“转念”的内涵与作用有所澄清。不同的人对于转念的认知
和做法可能大相迳庭。转念是为了让自己好过，不要执著于当时境象，给自己念头和情绪
一个出口，转换注意力。但转念后的做为可能是消极地透过吃喝玩乐或购物去寻求纾解或
开心，是一种“逃避”，事情并未解决，下次终究还是要面对。有些人嘴巴说转念，并未
彻底放下执著，脑海中不时萦绕着当时的画面，情绪还是受到影响。明眼人都知道此人并
未真正想通、搞懂、放下，因此不是真实意义上的转念。
菁英会上主持人和同学互动后共识是：人会失望是因为过于期望。人的执念使自己在意特
定的主题，无法对于任何的“发生”或“境象”甘之如饴，以平和的态度和心智面对课题
，而能自然地用上转念，然后去营造有利条件和氛围，带着清醒的意识和勇气按照设定目
标去调整作为和步骤。认清今生的戏码是过去世戏码的延续，就能面对现实，接受当下的
不顺，这样的转念才有积极的意义，可以起到正向的作用，调整了“每日感恩小记心弦”
，给生命赋予新的意义，成为“灵性升级”的跳板。

1. 感恩朋友许君如约来到台北教室，参加晚上菁英会，以媛可以当面交给他“金运满
人间 好运过好年”的音乐票及课程票，同时也送给他“幸福双宝”及其他结缘小册。许
君是“老资格”的慈济人，对于超码系统菁英会运作的方式，觉得活泼、有趣又温馨，在
谈笑中引导积极、温暖、慈爱的正信和正知，很有创意。认同超码系统要求在生活中落实
修行的各种功课，立体而完整地涵盖各种角度，在红尘中圣凡兼修，虽不容易，但很适合
各种不同根器的人薰修。
2. 感恩David在前一段时间忙碌，缺席到课室上菁英会，又预期接着有许多出国行程
，因此特地安排周三和周五晚上都参加课室菁英会，给自己充电。
3. 感恩今天在办公室和老板间的互动模式，成为以媛又一次转念和放下的考验。每次
和老板间的沟通境考，以媛反求诸己，改进不足和疏漏之处；但也知道老板自己的深重习
气和执著，也就转念放下不悦的情绪，不愿意背负别人的垃圾。
