今晚台北教室菁英会导读《超级生命密码》第八章“夫妻相处金钥”，发觉这最重要却又
最难和谐的人际关系就是“夫妻伦”。主持人丽珠经常说“结婚不见得是爱情的坟墓，却
是因果大戏的开始”，细想真是如此。但是以媛继之又想，人心是肉做的，将心比心，站
在对方的立场和角度了解其心情的变化、生活和情感上的需求等等，就不会总是把双方互
动的状态视为理所当然，或总觉得是对方欠我的，应该对我更好些。
以媛周围老年夫妻离婚的案例并不少见，究其原因在于其中一方不愿意再委屈求全，始终
做“自认为”付出的一方。另一方往往浑然不觉，在每天日子里过著习惯于对方付出的生
活。如果其他家庭成员没有特别感受到父母其中一方的辛劳而给予肯定，并经常在言语及
行为上表达感恩之情，当自觉对家庭的责任告一段落时，就会生出“不如归去”的念头，
过自己想过的日子。当有这样的决定告知家人时，通常换来的是家人们一脸的错愕。不是
只有配偶，连子女都可能突然发觉自己多年的疏忽造成对方的求去，是一件多么残酷的事
实。以媛由诸多此类的案例领悟到每个家庭成员都有责任关心家人的情绪变化和真正的需
求，给予适度的回应，不是一味地只顾自己的工作和生活，才有可能产生家人的凝聚力。
一个家庭需要有一位知修的小太阳，以其超高的正能量，不着痕迹地关注其他人并做着潜
移默化的影响，而从不抱怨或指责。但也会很有技巧地让家庭成员知道自己的付出是出于
何种心态，避免家人落入理所当然的惯性里。如同太阳盛德导师所说：修行修智慧，夫妻
、亲子、手足等关系全部都要以“爱与感恩”成为通关密语来滋润彼此。在今晚“七夕情
人节”的日子，丽珠、玫嫣特别请镜菲、思伟加上可爱的女儿一家三口现身说法，分享思
伟因为镜菲小太阳的带动，和母亲拉近了一直疏远的关系，适时展现儿子对于母亲的感恩
与报恩之情，连带也改善了自己的家庭关系，有了和睦圆满的转化，令人羡慕也成为学习
的榜样。

缜密，做是有方法又快速，很得到老板的信任，也相当程度分摊了以媛的一些工作，很幸
运有这样优秀的同仁。
2. 感恩丽珠、玫嫣主持了今晚温馨又成功的菁英会，导读、分享、视频观看、主题讨
论等等相互穿插，紧凑又有趣，以媛获益良多。
