护慰者圣神、真理之神
若 14:15-21
那时，耶稣对门徒说：
“如果你们爱我，就要遵守我的命令。
我必求父，父就赐给你们另一位‘护慰者’，
使祂和你们永远在一起。
祂就是‘真理之神’，世界无法接受祂，
因为人们看不见祂，也不认识祂；
但你们却认识祂，因为祂和你们常在一起，也在你们内。
我不会撇下你们做孤儿，我要回到你们中间。
不久，这世界就再也看不见我了；
你们却会看见我，因为我活着，你们也将要活着。
到了那一天，你们便会知道我在父内，
你们在我内，我也在你们内。
那接受并遵守我命令的，就是爱我的人。
爱我的人，我父必爱他，我也爱他，并要将自己显示给他。”
反省
耶稣在这几句话里，完全表达了祂对每个门徒的爱。
就像两个热恋的人，常常要与对方谈话，
渴望一起生活，快乐或困难都永不分离；
又像父母对子女的爱，责任更重，
正所谓：养儿一百日，长忧九十九。
你对耶稣这番绵绵情话，有什么感受？
无论你的回应是愿意遵守诫命、服从主旨或做其他的决定，
首先要做的就是接受天主的这份爱。
就让自己今天找一个安静的时间，
慢慢聆听耶稣对你所说的话，
默默地迎接耶稣、圣神和天父进住在你心中，
好接受耶稣和天父的爱。

Jesus said to his disciples:
“If you love me, you will keep my commandments.
And I will ask the Father,
and he will give you another Advocate to be with you always,
the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot accept,
because it neither sees nor knows him.
But you know him, because he remains with you,
and will be in you.
I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
In a little while the world will no longer see me,
but you will see me, because I live and you will live.
On that day you will realize that I am in my Father
and you are in me and I in you.
Whoever has my commandments and observes them
is the one who loves me.
And whoever loves me will be loved by my Father,
and I will love him and reveal myself to him.”
