昨天晚上回家走在民生东路上，当过敦化北路红绿灯时因为街口太长，只过了一半就要转
红灯，赶紧小跑步，却想不到一个小颠簸摔了一跤，将右手背擦了几处破皮。今天是除夕
，理当早一点去大姑家帮忙准备年夜饭，众表妹们看见以媛手上带伤不方便碰水，大姑也
帮忙重新上药后简易包扎，就只能做非碰水的打杂事情，让以媛觉得过意不去，也非常感
恩。
现在婆家、娘家双亲皆已仙逝，婆家就以大姑为大家长，娘家则不复当年每年祭祖、吃年
夜饭的热闹了。这让以媛深深感到一个家族需要有个中心人物，逢年过节可以号召成员们
齐聚一堂凝聚向心力。年夜饭或祭祖等等集体活动只是一个象征或仪式，形成世代传承的
家风，在外游子因为心有牵绊，潜意识也会有不辱家门的想法，行为举止不至于过分乖张
，数典忘祖，而能维持起码的善良。凡此种种都根植于中国人“孝”的核心思想中，此时
更能体会一些善良风俗对于延续家族传统的作用力，需要每一位成员重视其中的价值意义
，而愿意维护于不坠的重要性，社会才能因此而祥和。
过年期间家族相聚是个人觉察自己能否过秒关的好时机，随时内省与人互动时的起心动念
、言行举止是否合于天理人道?能否过秒关，谨言慎行、步步为营?如在今天的《生命之光
》所言，忙碌的时候更需要以“超级生命密码”的爱与感恩，来填补日常生活低迷的能量
，不至于在精疲力竭时，碍于现实
而将修行中断，这是以媛特别督促自己要引以为戒的重点。不停歇地调动“爱与感恩”，
秒秒GPS定位心念言行，管好自己的身口意等等，都是将“道摆中央”的实践。

1. 吃完年夜饭大家继续围桌，准备吃八宝饭当成甜点，结果一人一两口就将过去乏人
问津的八宝饭吃得盘子朝天，大姑非常满意。今晚提早回家，走在清静的路上，看到沿途
不同菜肴的餐厅灯火通明，很感恩自己在大姑家饱餐一顿的满足。非常珍惜现在我们这一
辈还有兴致和体力，大家分摊工作，每天晚上料理一桌酒席饭菜，让每一位家人都心满意
足。
2. 感恩芸甄主持早上“幸福之光晨读会”，落实“过年修行不打烊”的口号。大家仍
然用心导读、分享，且经由芸甄的串接诠释，恰到好处，短短30分钟的共学、共振，较平
日更能达到收心、守心的目的。
3. 今天再度重复听着“风记得我走过”，旋律有些伤感，从歌词深切体会到因果循环
的作用，但又因为了悟其中而勇于面对，产生积极的心态去跳脱既定的框架。感恩这首歌
的拉拔之力。
