韩国职棒明年有"菜鸟洋将"薪资上限制度
薪水+签约金+母队买断金+激励奖金
不能超过一百万美金
不过这只是限制在第一年来韩国的洋将
之后要续约的话就没有这个薪资上限限制
至于会不会有球团偷偷玩暗盘？
如果被抓的的话会被罚大约88万美金罚款
然后失去下球季选秀第一指名的资格
复数年只有待第二年以后才可以签跟本土球员较有关系修改是1.当兵球员母队可以做交易2.酒驾最高罚禁赛120场+1000万韩币罚金+240小时劳动另外有一点明年选秀须选大毕球员(这感觉有点模糊)
应该是保障大学棒球，韩国球团越来越选高中生自己养变成大学生毕业没地方去

中职的顶级洋将不会被挖去韩职 因为扣掉转队费大概只剩50M付薪水*0.5M除非这个洋将已经没有合约(即FA球员)韩职被嘲说问题又不在洋将身上 重点应该是缩小本国选手的薪资差距
