首先应该要避免的是VFR into IMC,但飞行员因为压力而让自己陷入了此危机中。陷进去以后也没有把仪器飞好,跟ATC说要爬升,一开始有爬一些,但最后却是在下降,同时还是跟ATC说正在爬高到4000。唉,RIP Kobe and other ppl on board.
