刚刚收到酷航的英文E-mail，
原本预定5/12下午两点多出发，要去新加坡，
但酷航改为5/13深夜12点多出发，
我不想在半夜搭机，打算取消，
经过翻译好像有说若不接受的话，可以退款，
只是本人的英文程度很差，担心会误解，
所以想问问如果取消，可以完全退款吗？

be used towards future travel booked within

可以取消 但会收一笔费用administration fee我是改期 来回都可以改7天内的航班不用加价

原来还是要收一笔费用，我则是决定取消～因为正好有人不去非常谢谢h94jo3c14的回复：）

刚好趁这个取消就不用收服务费了XD

和原po一样是那几天要出国，想问一下如果像h大说的可以免费改期，我改了他会不会又突然在四月变动航班，然后不给改期呢？(免费改期有次数限制吗？)

已打给客服办理退款事宜，但要收20新币的费用，是可以接受如果真的要改期就去改，反正不用收费～应不至于会来两次！
