大意是说 Airbus 即将买下 Bombardier C-Series 多数的股份。所以 Delta 订的 75 架
CS-100 将会改到 Alabama 州 Mobile 的 A 家产线组装。如此米国政府就不能给这些
C-Series 课 300% 的关税惹。

Airbus SE agreed to acquire a majority stake in Bombardier Inc.’s C Series
jetliner program, breathing new life into a slow-selling plane and opening a
new front in the battle with Boeing Co. over global aircraft sales.
Under the terms of the deal, Airbus will acquire a 50.01 percent stake in the
single-aisle plane platform, which has left Montreal-based Bombardier drained
of cash after a series of cost overruns and delays. The Canadian planemaker
will own 31 percent while the province of Quebec, an investor in the C
Series, will hold 19 percent. None of the partners will contribute any cash
when the deal closes.
“The agreement brings together Airbus’ global reach and scale with
Bombardier’s newest, state-of-the-art jet aircraft family,” the companies
said in a statement Monday.
The deal remakes the landscape of the aerospace industry by giving new life
to the C Series, for which Bombardier hasn’t won a major order in 18 months,
and thrusts Airbus into the middle of a bitter trade dispute with Boeing.
U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration imposed import duties of 300
percent on the Canadian-made plane in recent weeks, following a complaint by
the U.S. planemaker.
Airbus will add C Series production at its factory in Alabama to serve U.S.
customers, while also expanding its global industrial footprint with the
final assembly line in Canada, according to the statement.

767是上一代的产物了,767完封空巴处女作A300/A310只是空巴卷土重来用A330完封767后,换波音推出787来回敬

767完封A300原因在于A300系列航程太短.763可以从台北直飞夏威夷(不必怀疑绿地球玩过)A300-600R就没办法了..后来的A330可以打败767就是因为可以载更多人.载更大货物.外加更远的航程当时波音也没有认真把A330系列当一回事.后果就是767系列被打得落花流水.即使一度用764反制.订单却是少的可怜再接下来就干脆搞787竞争了..
