去年五月用status match到TK金，也在四个月内搭乘了一次TK航班，延期到了一年，后来
又获得了约19,000 status miles。
结果昨天发现被降级成银卡，打电话去伊斯坦堡客服中心问，他们一直跳针15,000 statu
s mile需要来自土航，但来自土航的status mile我只有14XXX，加上来自星空联盟的stat
us mile我才有超过15,000。
请问遇到这状况怎么办，星空金卡多一年对我来说差很多，先谢谢各位了。
