我有学长之前在台大拿机械硕士 也来UCSB拿ECE 硕士UCSB硕士通讯目前好像只有一两位老师

你的under GPA会让你的目标变成乐透，系办直接淘汰。物理系的悲歌。GPA不像工程科系随便都3.8/3.9。

工作经验和物理硕不会加分吗？
物理硕反而扣分吧，有些学校直接说不给申请第二硕而且没有publication的硕也无法claim自己的研究能力
