小鲁要申请2018 spring PhD（非应届、工作3年）
死线是9/1 只是先寄信给有兴趣的老师

问那边的同学 是认为老师可收人只是现在没钱 但不是被拒绝
只是好奇为什么老师要我完成申请后回报啊...还是客套...
