Description:
I am a TAMU student and I am looking for two easy-going roommates. Both of my
roommates will graduate soon (one in May and the other in August). The house
is at Holleman and Welsh. The location of the house is very close to
everywhere like HEB and the Rec Center (3 min and 5 min by driving). Everyone
in the house has his own covered parking space, a 4-piece bathroom and a
walk-in closet. There is a gas grill in the backyard. The kitchen, living
room and dinning room are fully furnished (including reverse osmosis water
filter, washer and dryer, TV, coffee maker and a lot of things) and you only
need to move in with your own bedroom furniture (the larger room comes with a
desk and a full-size bed). The rent is $400/mo and $430 (depending on the
size of the rooms). We split the monthly utilities, gas, cable/Internet, HOA,
and it's like ~$100/mo.
