怎么样算早泄？医学上似乎没有一个很明确的共识。
引用欧洲泌尿学会在2016年针对男性性功能异常的治疗指引中提到，
虽然针对早泄有诸多定义，但国际上目前仍然没有共识的。
这份治疗指引中引述了四个对早泄不同的定义。
1. DSM-IV对早泄的定义是"persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual
stimulation before, on, or shortly after penetration and before the person
wishes it. The clinician must take into account factors that affect duration of
the excitement phase, such as age, novelty of the sexual partner or situation,
and recent frequency of sexual activity"
简单来说就是每次爱爱，男森不论是：1.还没插进阴道 2.刚插进去 3.插进去一会儿
就射惹～ㄦ；而且这样的射精是男森还不想射的时候就发生了。
除了插入阴道时间之外，还要考虑一些让男生影响射精的因素，比如年纪、性伴侣是新鲜
货色还是老夫老妻、是不是有玩一些角色扮演或是特别的情境羞耻play等等，还有最近的
性行为次数。
也就是DSM-IV的定义中其实没有明确量化时间。(不过我也懒得去查DSM-V)
当然这也是因为研究上很难真正去定义出一个明确的时间点，但一般来说都是使用性交时
男性性器在女性阴道内活动的时间来做统计。
2. WHO的ICD-10则是定义早泄为"the inability to delay ejaculation sufficiently
to enjoy lovemaking, which is manifested by either an occurrence of ejaculation
before or very soon after the beginning of intercourse (if a time limit is
required: before or within 15 seconds of the beginning of intercourse) or
ejaculation occurs in the absence of sufficient erection to make intercourse
possible. The problem is not the result of prolonged absence from sexual
activity"
翻译成中文就是男森hold不住射精的冲动，以至于无法享受爱爱的过程。
不管是开始活塞运动的15秒内就射精或是根本还没勃起就射精惹。
而且这样的早泄不是因为太久没性行为而导致的。
所以我的诠释是，WHO认为只男森女森都觉得有享受到性行为的愉悦，就可以不算早泄了。
如果真的要抓一个时间点，15秒。
3. The Second International Consultation on Sexual and Erectile Dysfunction针对
早泄的定义则是"ejaculation with minimal stimulation and earlier than desired,
before or soon after penetration, which causes bother or distress, and over
which the sufferer has little or no voluntary control"
翻译起来就是男性有自身无法控制的下列几点情形：1. 一点点性刺激就射精、2. 还不想
射精就射了、3. 还没插入阴道或刚插入就射精，且这样的早泄造成双方性行为上的困扰
嘛，也是没明确定义时间。
4. The International Society for Sexual Medicine则是做出以下三点定义：
"1. Ejaculation that always or nearly always occurs prior to or within about
1 minute of vaginal penetration (lifelong PE) or a clinically significant and
bothersome reduction in latency time, often to about 3 minutes or less
(acquired PE).
2. The inability to delay ejaculation on all or nearly all vaginal penetrations.
3. Negative personal consequences, such as distress, bother, frustration,
and/or the avoidance of sexual intimacy."
稍微翻译一下就是...
1. 先天早泄 = 总是/常常在插入阴道前后1分钟内就射精的人
后天早泄 = 差不多在插入阴道后3分钟内就射精的人，且个案对这样的提早射精是
感到困扰的。
2. 插入阴道后就很难hold住射精冲动的人。
3. 导致男性感到心理压力、困扰、挫折感或逃避性行为的提早射精。
所以可以看到这个学会针对早泄的定义是既定量也定性，不管是造成性行为的障碍或是
实际上量化出来的时间(1 or 3分钟)
但既然人家会提出四个定义，显然就是众说纷纭，不管你信不信总之有人不信。
但如果女森就是喜欢被捅个30分钟一小时再被灌一顿粗饱。对这样的人来说可能0~30分钟
这个区段对你来说都是早泄。
相反的，我相信也会有人觉得被弄个五分钟就受不了了想赶快结束，或是老娘都已经高潮
了你还在动什么？所以对这样的女森而言可能5~15分钟是最适宜的。
所以结论来说，还是没有一个很公定的时间说到底几分钟是快枪侠。
只能说如果对你及你的性伴侣而言，射精时间过长/过短造成困扰，建议还是寻求治疗。
