Took a hot bubble bath but still couldn’t wake up. Sleep is firmly etched in my face, no amount of hot water and self awareness could wash it away. Help could not be gotten.
Have the same trouble and totally got u fellow. Luckily free dive saves me from no place. U may trying other new things without object in hypomanicepisode. Wish u all the best in sleepy time
