看到大家的灾情通报
查了一下信箱目前是没收到任何信
上官网 机票的状态也还是confirmed
因为下星期二就要飞了 太多不确定想说干脆取消算了
试点了一下取消
竟然是全额refund
请问有人有取消的经验吗?
开票时记得refund要300美元的

都要取消了建议打客服比较能厘清相关问题喔

客服说只能在官网refund, 他们看不到bug票的票规, 并建议出发前再打电话确认已取消, 避免变noshow.
