抗组织胺的药物会因病情的不同,其药物也有好几种,因为光是组织胺的接受器目前为止
就发现4型,也有作用在影响组织胺生合成的部分。
现在的医生也会依照病人的需求开给他2或3代的抗组织药物,比起第一代嗜睡的情况已经
改善很多,但是有些paper也指出2,3代的药物还是有一定得机率通过血脑屏障影响中枢神
经,过多的剂量也是会有嗜睡的风险,建议吃药时还是不要从事需要高度专注的工作喔!
