关于：加拿大去年买4亿疫苗，为什么现在打不到2500万？

2月的时候，就有人提这个问题。
看起来加拿大买了、投资很多、签约了很多。以下是2020签约时间：
Moderna: July 24
Pfizer: Aug. 1
Johnson & Johnson: Aug. 24
Novavax: Aug. 27
Sanofi: Sept. 11
AstraZeneca: Sept. 24
Medicago: Oct. 22
但实际上，有些买了晚到货，有些跳票，有些没谈成。
还有主要是BNT疫苗是美国做，以美国人为优先。
原本有跟中国柯兴谈，之后没谈成功。这个部分浪费了很多时间。
那时有一两个省份Manitoba, Alberta也很焦虑没得打，就在那边吵说自己要买疫苗。
加拿大本地刚开始也没有厂会做
所以就要受限于其他国家，只能等。
另外，签约疫苗并不代表有货。
现在大多国家都有签约拿到疫苗，问题在于厂商生不出来这么多。全世界都在缺疫苗，年
初欧美各国才把疫苗禁止出口，等欧美打到一定比例才输出往其他国家。
不过二月时有说未来Novavax，会是当地Montreal制作。
所以说，自己要会做很重要。
有时有钱，都不见得买的到。
毕竟以后都需要疫苗对抗一直变种的病毒。

目前，加拿大可是第一剂打的%数全世界前几名高的。目前有6款疫苗被授权可以使用，并
且有年龄规范，随机厂牌，不给挑的，给人民免费施打。加拿大平常收的税重，当然有钱
一点。估计6月底，第一剂可以打到75%，第二剂打满可以到20%，但要全民都打完可能要9
-10月。

至于Novavax，美国也投入很多资金在这个疫苗，目前是说它动作很慢，估计要到第四季
，下半年才能完成目标：每月量产一亿5000万剂。所以它最近股市也是跌了。现在在架上
的有3000-4000万剂。不过相关临床试验数据已经在给加拿大卫福部审查。

它满特别的，叫做"次单位疫苗"，听说合并流感疫苗喔!
Novavax 在一月就已经三期中了。中期解读防重症100% 有效。但针对变种的病毒效用有
滑落。不过都还有在86%左右。边生产边审查满合理。
原本Novavax一直有在做，年初因为美国禁止出口原物料导致他暂停了一阵子。保护力跟
莫德纳差不多，但是副作用应该会更小。
假设它之后有成功，加拿大又手上握有制作的工厂，很多事情都很难说。 反正，谁有疫
苗，谁就是王。以后都需要！
