美国好莱坞80岁男星摩根费里曼（Morgan Freeman）日前被爆出在工作环境，性骚扰8位
女星，他25日发声明为此道歉，被解读为承认有性骚扰。没想到他26日再发声明，称自己
的举动是开玩笑，“想让身边的女性和男性在我身边感到放松，为此我经常开玩笑和称赞
女性”，强调没性侵犯女性，更没有强迫她人用性行为换取工作。
摩根费里曼在26日再度发出声明，“所有受到性侵犯或性骚扰的受害者的声音都应该被听
见，我们也应该去倾听，但是将可怕的性侵犯，与赞扬或是开玩笑划上等号是错误的。”
他指出希望让身边的人，与自己相处时可以感到放松，“所以我经常尝试用我觉得不伤人
且幽默的方式，与女性开玩笑或是称赞她们。”
但没想到，事情并不如自己想像般的那样，因此摩根费里曼对自己造成的不愉快致歉，称
自己是无意的，但随后他强调，“我并没有制造不安全的工作环境，我没有性骚扰女性，
更没有以工作机会或是提供好处，来换取性行为。”指出先前报导中关于这些的指控，都
是错误的，他表示这些不实的报导与指控，让他80年的人生即将被毁于一旦。

I am devastated that 80 years of my life is at risk of being undermined, in
the blink of an eye, by Thursday’s media reports.
All victims of assault and harassment deserve to be heard. And we need to
listen to them. But it is not right to equate horrific incidents of sexual
assault with misplaced compliments or humor.
I admit that I am someone who feels a need to try to make women—and men—
feel appreciated and at ease around me. As a part of that, I would often try
to joke with and compliment women, in what I thought was a light-hearted and
humorous way.
Clearly I was not always coming across the way I intended. And that is why I
apologized Thursday and will continue to apologize to anyone I might have
upset, however unintentionally.
But I also want to be clear: I did not create unsafe work environments. I did
not assault women. I did not offer employment or advancement in exchange for
sex. Any suggestion that I did so is completely false.
