各位前辈晚安，不才有个愚昧的问题想请问
橘麻3-28页关于Charcot's triad的叙述，原文写Charcot's triad present in ~70% of patients
但老师上课提到Charcot's triad是个低Sensitivity(36%)高specificity(93%)的检查

小麻说的present in ~70% of patient应该是(T+|D+)=true positive=70%，这样false negative=30%
与上述sensitivity=36%的数字不合
或是我理解错误，小麻叙述的70%为PPV? 但这样回去看整句又觉得很怪
好像怎么算都不对， 希望有生统神人来解答，谢谢各位前辈 <(_ _)>
