Rise of the Machine: The best site for the Radiology Resident Training
We offer:
1. Curriculum-centered training: not labor-dependent, night call less than 7 d
ays a month plus pm off next day.
2. Regular day off at 6 pm and regular vacation per year.
3. A new navigating teaching program encompassing CT principle, MR principle,
radiation exposure and protection, Meet-the-master, and research curriculum fo
r resident. We invite two famous radiology professors each month to teach at o
ur department.
4. Independent large cubicle, Barco monitors (to protect eyes) and personal s
pace for individual resident, resident-specific center.
5. Additional bonus from the department, plus regular hospital pays.
6. Academic-orientated clinical service and teaching (Neuro, MSK, heart, chest
, breast, GI, GU, intervention).
7. New imaging centers (high gradient 3T, new version dual source high speed C
T for heart center, biplane angio suite).
8. Joining artificial intelligence (AI) research in medical images (brain tumo
r, lung cancer) at our translational imaging research center.
9. Possible adjunct instructor position in the Taipei Medical University, depe
nding on the publications.
10. Images access available at home through VPN.
11. Full-radiologist centered radiology information system and PACS system.
