Accounting Supervisor/Specialist
【工作内容】
1. Supervise & Lead local AP & GL team, monitoring the data accuracy from AR
Module.
2. Streamline AP/GL team daily/weekly/monthly process thru establishing the
standard SOP, improving the processes/procedures for any inefficiency , all
payments’ verification & auditing to ensure full compliance with local
tax/corp. policies & SOP & Maintain Financial books accuracy at the time and
all related analysis reports.
3. To be responsible & ensure Taiwan operates in accordance with Company’s
policies and procedures as well as in compliance with local IRS’s
requirement and Rules.
【征求条件】
1. University graduate/Major in Accounting related
2. Fluent in English reading and writing
3. Good command of Excel & Words
4. 5 years working experience in accounting related.
5. Familiar with local tax law rule, government filings/requirements
including VAT, withholding tax, Corp.income tax..etc.
6. Knowing how to do monthly/ year-end Financial closing & deal with external
auditors/IRS.
