【工作职缺】
长期约聘HR Generalist
【工作内容】
* Supporting APEC job openings, including Taiwan, China, Korea, Singapore,
Japan etc.
* Help to review job descriptions with hiring managers
* Screen applicant resumes
* Source and approach potential candidates proactively
* Interviews arrangement
* Follow up process after interviews
* Communicate with out-sourcing consultants, agents etc
* Help to prepare on-board process for new hires
* Remain self-learning and keep updating the labor regulations among APEC
* Support internal and external training programs; from sourcing vendors,
compare course instructors and contents and after training follow up
* Maintain HR forms and help to manager all kinds of HR reports
* Help to record those necessary documents with Government
* Support all kinds of company activities
* Enhance the communication with colleagues

【征求条件】
2~3年以上电子相关产业的人资人员，或有招募经验者，优先考量
● 有人力资源相关证照者优先考量
● 英文流利者为优先考量

● Must have a strong work ethic.
● Ability to multi-task, working against and to an established schedule and
/ or deadline.
● With fluent Japanese communication skill is a big plus
● Considerate and detailed personality is required
