【工作内容】
We are inviting applications for 3~4 Assistant Research Staff and Post
doctors and one administrative assistant to work at "Center of Advanced Model
Development &Research and Applications at National Central University (NCU)
in Taiwan.
Assistant Research Staff has all the privilege and responsibility as
Assistant Professor at NCU. Successful candidates will conduct research on
"Next Generation Groundwater Modeling System.”
The successful candidate will add to the expertise in our focuses in
developing next generation groundwater modeling system.

The candidates should have a Ph.D. or M.S. degree in Hydrology,
Soil Mechanics, Environmental Chemistry,Computer Sciences,
Applied Mathematics, and related areas with experience in
Thermal-Hydrology-Mechanics-Chemistry (THMC) Processes Modeling and
Modeling Framework Development.
Strong background in
(1) integrated multiple phase flow, geo-mechanics, thermal transport,
and reactive biogeochemical transport models in multiple scale subsurface
media;
(2) performance safety assessment, risk assessment, and uncertainty analysis;
(3) THMC application modeling and support ;
(4) unstructured mesh generation and graphical-based user interface (GUI)
developments;
(5) development of modeling platforms;
(6) high performance parallel computing and innovative computational
algorithms;
(7) data model and parameter inversion and optimization will be preferred.
Proficiency in at least one of the FORTRAN, C++, visual basics,
and Java language is required for the research positions.

本校博士后研究员酬金以56650元起
