本周看中意一个MJ的包包，用了首购的折扣码买
前几天登入帐号想看一下出货状况，发现帐号被锁定了
当然订单也被取消了，写信问了客服收到的回复如下：
Thanks for ordering with us. I regret to inform you that your order has not
passed our preliminary inspection criteria. Consequently, this order has
been cancelled without charge to your card and your account has been
inactivated.
然后我的帐号依旧被锁定中，他们也没有要帮我解锁的意思....
请问大家有碰到类似的情况吗
顺带一提，我的付款时刷卡都有成功，都有接到银行端的照会。
