请问在iherb的货运查询中查到如下讯息，有需要做啥补充吗？
Hold due to incomplete customs clearance document provided by customer, will
be arranged when receive complete information.
应该是指通关文件不全，但我当初购买的时候都已经填写了，而且之前也都没有这问题。
不知这次是哪里出问题了？
