[问题] ASOS瑕疵退货,客服没退全额?

购买ASOS的洋装,收到后有明显大破洞,附上照片写信告知客服后
回信有提到"I can refund your postage costs for you"
接着进SKYNET办理退货,选择来家里取货,邮资总共为495台币
回信给asos客服时,有把skynet收据清单一起附给客服
但客服的回信提到会退我5.9英磅....? 跟我刷退的金额不一样啊!!!
请问一下有其他人也遇过这问题吗? 是我那里有出错或表达错误?
我要如何再次回复给客服? 才会退我完整费用
