今天在日本amazon使用邮局VISA购买了商品,但订单却被取消了,
随后amazon寄来一封信告诉我无法验证我的卡片,要我传真资料或
回信附上电子帐单的档案,内容要有卡片相关的地址电话和姓名。
但有疑问的是,邮局VISA是直接寄给我电子帐单对帐,但上面并没
有地址等资料,所以我回信是直接附上档案即可还是要在信件中补
上自己的地址等资料?而邮局的电子帐单PDF必须要输入密码才能开
启,是不是需要另外把PDF的内容撷取成影像档?另外地址和amazon
上所填的不同也没关系吗?(amazon上的是转送用的地址)
