We are used to seeing news about the F1 stars outlandish lifestyles and crazy
expensive cars, but what did they drive before fame and fortune ?
#1 LEWIS HAMILTON - 2ND HAND MINI COOPER
One of the F1's most recognizable faces of the past decade, who now likes to
enjoy the driving thrills of a custom made Pagani Zonda or a range of his
Shelby Cobra's and a Mustang, started out his driving career in a slightly
more humble 2nd hand Mini Cooper all the way back in 2002, when he passed his
driving test.

The F1 Champion have revealed in multiple occasions that his first car was a
Lada, sadly we did not manage to find exactly which model of Lada it was,
although I found a CNN interview where he mentions swapping out the engine..
and another where he states that he liked the car for being tough as well as
warm inside, something that certainly came handy in his icy home country.

#3 JENSON BUTTON, A MODIFIED VAUXHALL CAVALIER
The Brit who has now moved from F1 to endurance racing, who owned cars such
as a the Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari Enzo or McLaren P1, have started his driving
career driving a Vauxhall Cavalier, which he bought from money he won
karting. Of course as any other UK teenager interested in cars, he had to
modify it a little, so he installed big stereo and lowered the suspension.

#4 MARK WEBBER 1969 TOYOTA CORONA
The Australian F1 driver turned Endurance racing Champion started out his
career in racing at 14 in go-karting, but his first 'proper car' if you like
was a 1969 Toyota Corona, which was subsequently set on fire by his mates
after an argument.
But it's fine as the car ran fine even after the incident, proving once again
that Toyota's can survive just about anything.

但即使事故发生后，这辆车仍能正常使用，再次证明Toyota 几乎可以挺过任何事故。

#5 MAX VERSTAPPEN RENAULT CLIO R.S
The youngest ever F1 Grand Prix winner, was in a rather luxurious position of
not even having to buy his first car, as was gifted one courtesy of Renault.
The car he was given was a bright yellow Renault Clio R.S making his first
car one of the less 'humble' ones on the list. But that's no surprise given
he competed in several F1 races before even turning 18 let alone getting his
'real world' license.

有史以来最年轻的F1 大奖赛冠军，颇奢侈的没必要买自己的第一辆车，因为Renault
送了他一台亮黄色的Renault Clio RS，他的第一辆车是这名单上不那么“低调”的车。
但这并不奇怪，因为他还没拿到真实世界的驾照，甚至未满18岁前就已经跑了好几场F1
大奖赛了。

F1 车手同时也是超痴迷的汽车狂或收藏家比例不在少数
除了文章提到的这五位外，还有超多人可以讲的
成名后钱多能买的车自然也高贵
所以回去看看他们还没成名前没什么钱时会选什么车就很有意思了
