德国交通运输部长昨日召开记者会，指控Audi A8及A7柴油车暗藏排气造假软件。
他们说Audi A8, A7的V6及V8 TDI等大排气量 EU5五期柴油车涉及排放造假，
年份范围是2009~2013年所生产销售的车型，在欧盟内总共波及到24,000辆柴油车。

德国交通运输部长Alexander Dobrindt说，他们最近发现这些Audi柴油车有暗藏违法
的排气环保装置关闭系统，
在模拟测试时，如果车子都是开直线，没有转动方向盘的话，那NOx排放量会比较低。
但如果转动方向盘超过15度的话，那NOx排放量就会爆增成两倍。
一名Audi方面的消息灵通人士指出，这次Audi被抓包的是变速箱和引擎控制元件之间
的互动(控制软件)。
德国官方要求Audi在6月12日之前，就要提出改善修复计画。
我认为其实这件事可能跟去年外媒曾报导过的Audi用违法的变速箱程式，
在检验测试时刻意拉高档位，让引擎尽量保持在低转速,以美化油耗测试数据一事有所关联
。
当时就有多位Audi工程师因此被停职。
◇Audi vs 德国检方 后续的最新发展
另外今年三月，德国慕尼黑检方突袭搜索Audi、以及大众集团所聘请的Dow Jones律师
事务所，想找寻柴油造假案相关证据，这件事的后续发展。
当时VAG很生气，他们质疑检方搜索程序的合法性，之后Audi就告上法院，
要求法院驳回检方所查扣到的证据，但Audi的这项要求没有获得法院认同。
今年五月,德国“斯图加”检方也开始调查大众集团现任CEO 是否涉及违法操弄公司股价
。

Audi also installed emission-cheating software in some 24,000 luxury models,
according to German Transport Minister Alexander Dobrindt.
Dobrindt announced Thursday that the luxury carmaker had been told to recall
its A8 and A7 models fitted with V6 and V8 diesel motors and sold between 2009
and 2013 in Europe.
Dobrindt ..... claimed that only recently had it become evident that the
affected Audi vehicles had been fitted with an "unlawful" switch-off system.
Simulating straight-ahead driving, the device minimized pollutants,
but if the steering wheel was turned more than 15 degrees, the nitrogen oxide
level doubled
A source close to Audi said problems in the interaction between transmission
and engine control units are to blame for the emissions overshoot. A proposal
for a fix has already been submitted to the KBA, the source said, declining to
elaborate.
The ministry said it has issued a June 12 deadline for Audi to come up with
a comprehensive plan to refit the cars.
In March police searched Audi's headquarters in Ingolstadt in Bavaria.
Audi subsequently failed to get courts to reverse parallel seizures by
prosecutors of documents collated by a Volkswagen-appointed law firm.
