周末早起整理煞车

每天看着掉漆的总泵跟已糊到不能再糊的煞车窗镜
还有日渐僵硬的煞车手感所苦

拆车前的准备工具，还有很多重工具搭配…参考就好

拆松来令片插销螺丝，在车上时比较好施工先作

利用单向阀、酱菜瓶的煞车液收集器，算是小改良单纯接保特瓶
就不会一直东倒西歪
多接一小段管子方便搭配针筒吸气空作负压
这样在结束时，拔管的瞬间一滴煞车液都不会流出来，全抽到瓶子里

这次整理要上漆，拆下整组油杯

卡钳也拔下来，准备海绵，觉得煞车液会滴到马上沾水打溼

拆除来令片插销、装上挤活塞的特工，打气加压把活塞退出来
也许对很多新手都很担心这一步，但玩车就充满著门坎

活塞抛光后没有刮痕、沙孔的话通常是可以放心使用

清洁最常用的还是小铜刷、小钢刷、魔布，刷几下，擦一擦，重复这个动作
配合一些WD40，这些黑漆漆东西都很容易刷除擦掉

装回活塞，在油、土封擦些硅油或硅膏
可以让煞车的顺畅度维持相当长久

来令片要除油，可以用一些些煤油或汽油，之后肥皂粉多刷几下
干燥后期待成果

插销上的锈痕，则可以利用电钻、砂纸，让表面恢复平整
每隔一段时间都可以保养一下插销，煞车的顺畅度

油杯，总泵，其实构造也很简单，关键在你敢不敢拆而已
然后橡皮的东西，真的别用会挥发的东西洗
就算是煞清剂其实我也不建议，煞清剂我顶多用来把碟盘跟来令片去油
要擦这些东西，就使用魔布+WD40，喷一些在布上，擦几次就会干净
锈、生成物，主要用刷的，或是用超音波抖，小蜜蜂+铜刷或钢刷
会让事情变得很容易

窗镜的话我自己还是习惯在喷漆前就先安装好
喷完漆后再装这个小东西，一不小心怕又把漆面弄坏了

等待油杯漆干的同时可以安装卡钳

油杯里的活塞，橡皮的部分上些硅油或硅膏，顺畅度相当好
煞车开关的 Pin 脚用砂纸打磨

将油杯装回车上固定好，再次装上换煞车液特工
有单向阀的加持，就不用担心煞车液跟空气还会回流下不去

以酷龙来说大概只要抓半个纸杯再多一些
应该就足以让煞车系统顺利运作
利用针筒来注入煞车液，避免倒的时候撒出来
这次纪录整理煞车，还真没注意到在安装油杯时的扣座，UP 的方向装反了XD
回头看照片才发现~哈哈哈~
