讨论中强调“QD球必须要出手”是着墨在规则“43.3 罚则”的规定，43.3.3的原文是“I
f a free throw is not successful...”的情境下讨论如果违例者是罚球员或其队友时
、或如果违例者是罚球员的对手、或双方违例时的处理。
原文If a free throw is not successful并未强调一定要“投篮不中”，如果根本无法
出手呢？我认为也是在“free throw is not successful”的范围内。
一般在罚球时你会谨慎去投那颗球，如果在球出手前被吓到或发现有干扰，第一时间你会
投出那颗球吗？这不太合乎一般反应。
重新看了影片几次，QD并没有做假动作，他将球往上举，并仔细瞄篮，**并未把球往下收
或有晃一下的动作**。
至于接获裁判给球后五秒内需出手，我的肉眼看到的是张伯维在第五秒的时候踏进到他面
前来。
如果QD并未假动作违例、也未五秒违例，裁判并未判张伯维罚球干扰违例给予QD重新罚球
机会；而是判QD违例并取消该次罚球......
这样对吗？

: 但是QD还是要球投出完成罚球动作

: QD因为没有出手，裁判要判罚球假动作或是5秒违规都可以
: 根据43.3.1 如果罚球员违规，则在之前、同时或是之后的其他球员违规均不追究
