n plaguing you, and the sense of being trapped that has frustrated you, will f
all away and dissolve. You can take a few days to absorb this information and
think about how to proceed, and decide who to entrust with your emotions, but
use the rest of the month to work on conquering that monster that has made you
feel trapped.
