提及的是 filing of a preference petition 也就是 I-140
由于 O-1 申请时间似乎比 consular processing 拿到绿卡的时间好掌握一点
请问若要尽早入职是否选择申请 O-1，暂缓送出 DS-260
改拿到 O-1 入境后再 file I-485 或 DS-260 比较稳妥?
