看起来你和雇主之间的对话是鸡同鸭讲，双方都有误会
60天gp没接上确实H1不再valid, 所以你不可以用valid这个词
但是你依然拥有名额，这在法规里白纸黑字的写着，可参考INA 214(g)(7)
(7) Any alien who has already been counted, within the 6 years prior to the appr
oval of a petition described in subsection (c), toward the numerical limitations
of paragraph (1)(A) shall not again be counted toward those limitations unless
the alien would be eligible for a full 6 years of authorized admission at the ti
me the petition is filed. Where multiple petitions are approved for 1 alien, tha
t alien shall be counted only once.
