好奇怎么会得出这个推论？律师是说职缺要送 LCA才能请H-1B，可能 LCA要更新。
又因为 LCA不能太早送，最早日期是开工日前 180天，因此六月回来后再送H-1B延
长。
第二段是说护照上有H-1B签证，而且 I-129有效时，不影响入境资格。人在境外时
H-1B延长通过（此时之前的 I-129可能过期了），入境时候就要搭配I-797B跟
I-129影本、 EVL证明H-1B资格有效。
