: 朋友的下个program是在某大学的兽医学院当intern，

上课还能领钱，真不错。这个应该是 employment ，所以他必须等到通过才够
开始看诊领钱。

: (4)也就是只要7/15以前没有被拒，他就能准时在7/15开始program？
答案是否，虽然他能够开始修课，但是不能开受雇。
