工作内容
The Role:
1. System Design
。Plays a pivotal role in setting technical direction.
。Deliver complex platforms.
。Drive a culture of technical excellence.
。Work closely with the business team to help with ensuring we have the right
products for our customers.
。Conduct research on the requirements and feasibility study, counter propose
solutions.
。Integrate & reuse the existing services to build fast and at scale.
。Mentor junior engineers and drive technical and operational excellence in ev
erything we do.
。Provide clean and organized technical specifications for developments.
2. Software Development
。Build the cornerstones of our key products.
。Take ownership over project timelines and deliverables.
。Drive the design and architecture.
。Drive the DevOps process and building.
。Develop new skills as needed.
。Study and apply algorithm to solve deep problems.
。Produce clean and efficient coding.
3. Skill Development
。Big Data analytics.
。Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Modeling.
。Process Automation.
。Any latest technologies that can improve our solutions.
Job Requirements:
。Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
。3+ years OO Software development in Java, C# or Python.
。Strong Web Services experience.
。Machine Learning experience or interest.
。Experience in End-to-End software system design.
。Lead experience or ability to mentor/lead a small team is a plus.

。Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work independentl
