1. Advanced module process development at R&D stage 2. Process stability/manu
facturability improvement for yield and reliability qualification 3. Process/
tool transfer to volume manufacturing 4. Working with a team which may includ
e ATMD, device, integration, yield, lithography and thin films or external sup
pliers to drive leading-edge integrated module development, control and improv
ements. 5. Be responsible for sustaining ownership such as day-to-day operati
ons, equipment troubleshooting and mentoring technicians.
