Mission
- SSD technical support(Qualification Test) for server customers
- SSD failure analysis for new products design win and after service
- Use oscilloscope and protocol analyzer to do set system analysis
- System benchmark & performance analysis
- Technical training & seminar to customer
- Evaluate and research current consumption and performance of SSD in system.
Main responsibilities
- Technical support in SSD to Taiwan customers.
- Meet or exceed task force deliverables and drive team to increase business
- Explore, engage, manage new and existing customer base
- Customer design-In & promotion & field support & after service
- FCN(Firmware Change Notice) release & FFU(Field Firmware Update) support
Daily Works
- SSD technical support(Validation, Qualification) to customer.
- SSD failure analysis for customer.
- Maintain customer relationship
- Making regular meeting with customer
