机台产线系统遭骇？台积电澄清：部分机台病毒感染
【新唐人亚太台 2018 年 08 月 04 日讯】有消息传出，晶圆代工龙头台积电惊传机台产
线系统遭骇客入侵，其中包含7奈米与12奈米产线都遭到影响，对此，台积电今天(4日)下
午发表声明，部分机台受到病毒感染，非如外传之遭受骇客攻击。
台积电表示， 8 月 3 日傍晚部分机台受到病毒感染，非如外传之遭受骇客攻击，台积公
司已经控制此病毒感染范围，同时找到解决方案，受影响机台正逐步恢复生产。
受病毒感染的程度因工厂而异，部分工厂在短时间内已恢复正常，其余工厂预计 在一天
内恢复正常。

TSMC Statement on August 3 Computer Virus Incident
A number of TSMC fab tools were infected by a computer virus on the evening
of August 3. TSMC has contained the problem and found a solution, and
recovery of the affected tools is in progress. Rumors of a hacker attack are
incorrect.
The degree of infection varies by fab. Certain fabs returned to normal in a
short period of time, and we expect the other fabs will return to normal in
one day.
