公平公正是盲目的，但不全然是。
有时候我们评估一个人是建立在最初的第一印象，以及耳闻到的消息。
有些时候可以因此评定一个人，但不是一直都如此。

的结果，甚至对往后的结果也会有所影响。
可以试着给对方合理的怀疑空间，但同时也给他们机会证明自己是否真如你所想的。
注:主观评断一个人时常发生在我们周围，不论是新进同事、人员、抑或是上级长官等等，
会造成这样的行为取决于自我的保卫机制，我们会因为害怕未知的对象或事物，进而想要
从各种管道取得资讯，以便应对突发的状况。但往往这些“资讯”会让我们无法以真诚的
态度对待一个人，耽溺于资料、八卦评断人的结果就是连自己都不是真实的，需要他人评价
才会让自己形象立体。
许多事情都是一体多面、环环相扣的，在遇到未知的人事时，先拿捏好自己底线，不要害
怕冒犯对方，大方的相处才是较佳的方式。
