9月底的乐活团南关之旅，结束了龙山文衡殿的再访后，
我们继续前往龙崎岖的另外一个野外景点：
牛埔泥岩水土保持教学园区（以下简称牛埔泥岩）。
牛埔泥岩位于二仁溪上游，一处名为埤仔沟溪支流处，
是台南龙崎区与高雄市田寮区的交界位置。因为多属黄砂土及青灰岩地质，
抗蚀能力低，在经年累月的地表冲蚀及溪流侵蚀作用下，
常寸草不生形成光秃秃的泥司恶地，交错排列于高低起伏的丘陵与溪谷，
造就了景观独特的月世界风貌。
行政院农委会水土保持局，为达水土保持成效、减低下游洪灾、
维护景观特色并兼顾生态教育宣导等多重目标，从民国87年起，
开始了埤仔沟溪集水区内以生态工法进行土坝及土堤的设置、
裸露坡面植生等水土保持工作。
并与龙崎岖公所合作在集水区内设置步道及凉亭等休闲设施，
将原本宛如月球表面的荒凉景象，转化成为生机盎然、
吸引了众多野生动植物栖息的生态园区。
从182市道循着牛埔泥岩的招牌就可以找到入口处，
不过还要经过约5分钟的路程才能抵达园区。

接着我们选择继续往月世界方向前进

走了一段距离后终于到了月世界底下

第5站，水中楼台，是一处在水面下1公尺的凉亭

这里是利用了竖管连接的技术，让四面的水流入管束中，
所以水并不会渗入凉亭内，而且看上去像是在水中的感觉

第6站，湖光山色，可以眺望梦湖与小山丘的地方，也是牛埔导览的终点

往下的部分是前往天池，从地图看上去有一段距离，所以我们没有选择这段

除了工法的介绍外，园区内还有一些实验模拟，像是这个土壤冲蚀的模拟区
