德元埤位于台南市柳营区东南方约2公里的地方，
是一处存有丰富的埤塘及溼地生态环境结合之绿地。
因为其珊瑚状之水域有如荷兰当地的水陆环境，
后来与柳营当地的酪农业结合，
以荷兰村的构想发展成的特色田园景观园区。
风车节就是藉著德元埤的荷兰特色所量身打造的活动，
我们抵达时约是中午的时刻，本以为出游的人潮不会太多，
但到了现场发现早以人满为患

在入口处有个全区导览图，在上面清楚的标示著园区内的景点位置

园内到处各式风车，这种葵花型的风车也在学甲蜀葵花海有看到

既然是特色景点，供游客拍照的地方一定是少不。
门口的大小乳牛与乳牛造型的三轮车就是热门的合照点之一

右手边开始都是小风车海，有黄色、红色、白色、黑色、绿色各色风车供客拍照。
不过这里要再提醒一下大家，小风车很脆弱，请远远的拍就好，千万不要去处碰喔

今天除了是风车节外，也是一年一度的台南水域活动体验，
于埤塘边的码头上正在准备独木舟与SUP

本次的体验活动委托国立高雄海洋科技大学海洋休闲管理系承办，
团队具相当丰富的水域游憩活动经验，
聘请的教练均有专业合格执照及多年实务经验。
活动内容包含游客下水前必要相关安全知识教授、
操作技巧之教练与下水体验，并提供含口哨之救生衣等必要安全防护装备

由于我们到达的时间比较晚了，现场报名早就额满，
所以只能在风车景观平台上看大家玩囉

坐着的是独木舟可以1-3人操作，
站着的是SUP（立式划桨），必须独自操作，难度也比较高
